DLS Permit Application

The DLS Permit is for taxi, shuttle services, and transportation network company (Uber, Lyft) drivers. It offers exclusive access to designated drop & load zones on Main Street. ACTIVE LOADING ONLY AFTER 5PM. STAGING IS ONLY ALLOWED AFTER 10PM. Some restrictions apply during major events. Permits will not be issued to vehicles with outstanding parking citations.

A valid for hire or ground transportation business license is required to purchase a DLS Permit. If you drive for a Transportation Network Company, please provide proof of your contract with your company in lieu of a business license. The DLS Permit is transferable and allows for access to DLS Zones after 5:00 PM, 7 days a week. ACTIVE LOADING ONLY AFTER 5PM. STAGING IS ALLOWED AFTER 10PM. Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to suspend the program during Special Events or unforeseen circumstances. Permits will not be issued to vehicles associated with unpaid parking citations. Failure to adhere to posted parking regulations may result in $200 parking citations, vehicle impound, and/or suspension or revocation of permits and future permit privileges. please do not submit sensitive personal information such as social security number. Your information submitted is used only for the purpose of verification for permit eligibility and is not stored or retrieved for any other purpose.
